Walter Nocerino is a collaborator at SGA – Santangelo Gittardi Avvocati.
He earned his Law Degree in 2019 from the University of Milan, where he defended a thesis on criminal procedural law under the supervision of Prof. Maria Novella Galantini.
In 2022, he passed the bar examination at the Court of Appeal of Milan, qualifying as a lawyer.
After completing his legal training at a leading Milanese law firm, he worked as an associate at Luca Santa Maria e Associati from 2022 to 2025.
Since 2024, he has been a teaching assistant for the courses Advanced Criminal Procedure Law (chaired by Prof. Maria Novella Galantini) and Criminal Procedure Law (chaired by Prof. Luca Luparia Donati) at the University of Milan.
He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to businesses and individuals in matters of corporate criminal law, environmental criminal law, and workplace safety. He also specializes in corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, compliance, medical malpractice, intellectual and industrial property crimes, construction criminal law, and defamation offenses.
He is fluent in English.
